Official Licensed NASCAR Number 3 ClockExperience one of 12 different
authentic race car sounds from the #3 Car at the top of each hour. Licensed by
NASCAR and Richard Childress Racing, each sound was recorded live at the #3 Race
Car team garage. The #3 Clock features a black frame that surrounds an image of
the car, and the trademark #3 and NASCAR logos.
History of this RCR Race Car:
- Chassis #39
- Built in 1998 as one of the first super speedway cars for the new Monte
Carlo
- Tested Talladega in April 1998
- Raced Talladega in April 1998; Started 2nd, ran 144 laps until the wreck
with Bill Elliott "when he burnt his mustache"
- Car then used to practice hanging the 2000 body and moved to the show
car division.
- Currently: 2000 GM Goodwrench Service Plus Chevrolet Monte Carlo
